RESERVED SEATING
Nostalgia Night movies are never oversold; reservations are not necessary.
Reserved seating will be available on the Main Floor of the theatre. For those not wishing to take advantage of reserved seating, open seating will be available in the balcony. Only those with season tickets may reserve seats. When making a seating reservation, please present your ticket booklet.
There are three different options for reserving a seat:
(1) Advanced seating renewal. You may reserve the SAME seat as last year; the advanced renewal plan includes a ticket booklet and seat reservation for only $50. That’s only $5 per evening – and NO standing in line! To take advantage of advanced seat renewal, complete the enclosed card and mail it with your check or money order to the address on the card. Your season tickets will be mailed to you. Renewals must be RECEIVED by December 9, 2011. The renewal is ONLY for the seat(s) that you reserved last year; if you wish to select a different seat or additional seats please join us at the Elks Theatre on December 14 or contact the Devereaux Library, 394-1262. If you had reserved seating last year and do not receive a card, please contact us via our website http://friends.sdsmt.edu or phone 394-1262 by December 9.
OR
(2) Select your seat at the theatre. Stop by the Elks Theatre on Friday, December 14, between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm to select your seat. Theatre personnel and Friends of the Devereaux Library will be available to assist you in reserving a seat. There is a fee of $5.00 per seat for reservations.
OR
(3) Reserve a seat at your convenience. Beginning Friday, December 16, reservations may be made at the Devereaux Library, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. The Elks Theatre will not accept reservations at any time other than December 14. There is a fee of $5.00 per seat for reservations.
